基本情况:
  邱能,博士,2013年于四川大学获博士学位。2010年获英国皇家工程院奖学金资助赴英国格拉斯哥大学生物医学工程学习。国家自然科学基金评审专家,四川省科技厅评审专家,广西壮族自治区科技厅评审专家,北京市科委评审专家,成都市科技局评审专家,四川省药监局评审专家。国际制药工程会员,中国药学会高级会员,中国化工学会会员,四川省药剂学专委会委员,四川省纳米药物专委会委员。入选2016年成都市高新区“金熊猫人才计划”。受邀为polymers,Frontiers in genetics 等特刊编委。并受邀为第一届国际生物技术产业大会(IBC-2017)和第六届国际药物递送大会的等多个国际会议报告人。
  近年来,致力于前药纳米粒,超分子、脂质体制备技术及冻干技术、MOF材料用于制药废水处理的研究,开发和掌握了可中试放大的药物包合-冻干技术、脂质体放大生产技术、多种脂质体的冻干技术。主持国家自然科学基金1项,四川省科技厅重点研发项目1项,参与多项国家级项目和省级项目(包括国家自然科学基金2项,国家十一五、十二五、十三五重大新药创制项目各1项,省级重大项目2项)。在抗肿瘤新药研发、高端制剂(脂质体)工业化技术开发和转化、冻干技术开发,工业化设备和车间设计等方面积累了丰富的经验。负责和参与了多个国家1类新药的研发工作,其中作为主要负责人参与了国家1.1类新药“注射用和厚朴酚脂质体”的开发工作(负责了脂质体的处方,工艺,质量,稳定性,药效,毒理等研究工作,主持和负责了中试生产,生产工艺开发等研究工作及生产车间和生产设备的设计工作,并参与了临床方案的制订),目前正进行II期临床研究。2024年获中国技术市场协会金桥奖三等奖,在Carbohydr Polym,Desalination,J Mol Struct,J Mol Liq, Eur J Pharm Sci, Int J Nanomedicine,Mat Sci Eng C-Bio S,Int J Nanomedicine等期刊发表SCI论文40余篇,申请国家发明专利20余项,授权国家发明专利7项,申请国际发明专利3项,授权1项。

研究领域:
靶向药物传递系统及药物新制剂,脂质体(产业化技术)、纳米粒、前药、环糊精包合物等复杂制剂、冻干技术,MOF材料。
